About holding back until you can't take it anymore and just have to give in to cakes and sweets... And then it's back to dieting the next day... You just have to get a grip!
The title translates to "White Ladies and Negro Buns"; The film was made in Bergen, where everyone knows that a White Lady is a sponge cake with a marzipan lid. Negro buns existed long before when no one thought it was wrong to give food such a name – they are some kind of cream filled chocolate bun.
